care rates are $27 per day or $6 per hour.
* Hotel
rates are $42 per night.
Day Care
* 10-visit package—$243 (10% off),
no expiration date.
* 20-visit
package—$432 (20% off),
must be used within 90 days of purchase.
* Dogs
with a standing reservation for day care are given priority for
holiday hotel reservations.
* Refer
a friend, and we’ll enter you in our monthly drawing for
two free days of day care or one night of hotel.
Hotel
* If
your dog is staying in the hotel for 5 to 10 nights, prepay and
receive 10% off.
* If
your dog is staying in the hotel for 10 or more nights, prepay
and receive 20% off.
* Your
balance on any of the day care packages may be used toward
hotel, with the respective 10% or 20% discount applying.
* Also
ask about our multi-guest discounts!
Balance on any package may be used as cash
(no discount) toward grooming or retail. Balances will not be
refunded on expired packages.
* Monday through Friday — 7 am to 7 pm.
* Weekends and holidays — 7 to 10 am and 4 to 7 pm. (While our
front office hours are limited on these days, our canine
friends still get the same amount of care and play time as any
other day!)
* We
operate on our holiday schedule for the following holidays: New
Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, July
4th, Labor Day, and Christmas Eve.
* The front office will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day; this includes being closed for pick up and
drop off on those days.
* Check-in is
between 7 and 11 am or 2 and 6:30 pm. On weekends and major
holidays, our check-in times adjust to between 7 and 10 am or 4
and 6:30 pm. We ask that dogs arrive comfortably between these
times to allow sufficient time to play before nap time or bed
time.
* Day care check-out is
between 7 and 11:45 am or 2 and 7 pm. On weekends and major
holidays, our check-out times adjust to between 7 and 10 am or
4 and 7 pm. Dogs being picked up after closing will be charged
$1/minute after 7 pm or may be required to spend the night, in
which case hotel rates will be charged.
* Hotel check-out is
by 10 am, after which hourly day care rates apply.

Shhhhh... Nap time is between 12 noon and 2 pm every day to
allow your friend to rest from morning play time. Extra naps
are arranged for dogs who are more tired, young or lodging at
the hotel for extended stays.
* We
respectfully ask that you do NOT drop off or pick up your dog
during nap time.
* However,
we understand that your busy lives do not always coordinate
with nap time. So, if you need to come to Dog City during nap
time, please use our radio to let us know you're outside (the
door will be locked). You'll find the radio in a black box just
to the right of the door. Just pick up the radio, push the
button on the side and talk. Our desk staff will bring your dog
to you or take your dog from you. If you just need to
purchase something, we will take care of that, too. Note: because our front office is closed Sunday
and major holidays from 10 am to 4 pm, no one will be available
by radio these days.
